Why F&S

I offer my clients a unique perspective as an actor, business practitioner, and academic researcher. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I have spent 25 years in Europe, and speak several languages with cultural competency. Focusing on interpersonal communication, I bring an understanding of staging, of the body, and of virtual communication to the workplace.

My research is focused on narratives and identity, and this informs my training and coaching. In 2019, I graduated with a Doctor of Science in Economics from Aalto University School of Business, with my work on entrepreneurial and organizational narratives.

It’s a diverse background. Theatre and short films, radio (YLE), logistics, oil field work, academia and training – it’s a bit of everything. While this firm started in 2020, I have been coaching public speaking, interpersonal and embodied communication, and performance in presentations since 1990.
